Introduction
It has always been characteristic for successful companies to offer better products or services. The most decisive factor for success in business, however, is the available management know-how which enables an enterprise to meet the wide range of market requirements. The aim of this master program is to transfer the varying aspects of management know-how. Today’s managers - no matter whether they are internal or external consultants (in the real sense of business consulting) - are generalists and thus need comprehensive methodical know-how which allows for an aimed and strategic behaviour instead of the often observed crisis oriented radical
business changes.
Against this background the manager is expected to fulfill new, cooperative and interdisciplinary tasks - he has to act as an initiator and assistant but also as an accelerator for changes within the company.
The above-mentioned tasks will be fulfilled by managers who are responsible for the strategic and operative task to restructure the company in cross functional and cross organizational teams – (no matter whether as internal or external consultant).
The consulting market has finally started to take off again. Many consultant companies are now looking for qualified young graduates with international exposure. The requirements of a global economy have even filtered down into most organizations in many countries around the world. There is an additional task put upon many contemporary managers: In-house Consultancy.
Modern managers are expected to integrate and utilize the consultants “Tools-of- the- Trade” in their everyday duties.
Responding to this need the University of Applied Sciences offers a full-time MBA program focusing on consulting. The MBA Program International Business Consulting was introduced in 1999. It prepares you in 15 months for a leading position in international management and consulting.
The rule "First come, first served "applies here: In case an excursion is booked out, unfortunately we do not have the possibility to increase the number of participants.
The MBA "International Business Consulting" is a compact, hands-on, international full-time program preparing you in only 15 months for a leading position in in-house Consulting as well as in external Consulting.
It offers you:
Small groups (15-20 students).
Personal counselling.
Interactive teaching.
High Quality.
